Hi,

I've modified my normal.dot quite a lot and was wondering how I can restore
it to the original settings, including styles. I'm using Word XP, and am in
the UK. I can't reinstall Word as it came with the PC.

Does anyone know where I can find the original settings, or, better still,
have a copy of the default normal.dot? Thanks!! It's best not to email it,
as my mail account I use for newsgroups keeps on getting viruses. If anyone
can email it, I'll post a suitable address to this NG.

No need for anything so rash. Rename normal.dot to oldnormal.dot and Word
will build another default version.
