Normal File Already Exists, displayed every time after I close program

Whenever I exit out of Outlook 2003 it says that the
normal file already exists, and asks if I want to replace
the existing files. If i say yes it ends if not, i have
to rename a file in the templates folder. Can anyone
please help me. Thanks.
