Hi, we are moving data from one domain to another. After move of powerpoint
files there started to be a problem. User that was working with PPT files
cannot see pictures/graphs etc after copying the ppt files to new file
server although she is made owner (ntfs) of all files. Me as an admin in the
new domain after opening the file i can see everything, while she again
cannnot (aha: when she doubleclic on the object place holder she can see the
object !!!). Give up with searching, please help!!!!
Best regards

Try changing hardware acceleration.

How to set graphics hardware acceleration back

And if you're using PPT (Office) 2003, make sure you go to Help/Check for
Updates and install SP-1 for Office 2003. It's a critical patch for PPT 2003
and resolves the kind of issue you're describing with "missing pictures."

Thanks for answer but it did not help, users are working on terminal server
2003 and strange thing is that when they open the file locally it's working.
Me as an admin can also see objects through terminal window. I disabled
directx acc. and also hardware acc in advanced properties of video card but
that i had to do locally on terminal server for all users. Almost forgot to
mention that the office 2003 sp1 is already installed. Any new ideas.
Thanks in advance
