Not a valid embedded object.while inserting clipart

Using WinTerms, Server 2003 terminal sessions, office
2003, I receive 'Error! Not a valid embedded object.'
when trying to insert clipart into a word Document.

Any suggestions?

Get the same message when logged on to server as user,
installed Office SP1. Get similar errors when inserting
clipart into Excel & PowerPoint. GIFs and animation
insert correctly, but JPG's and WMF produce the "Error!
Not a valid embedded object."

Any help?
