not a valid win32 application for officestd.exe

I downloaded a trial for Office standard ed. 2003, but when i try to install
on XP home, it tells me that: "officeSTD.exe is not a valid win32
application." I am hoping not to have to download again. any suggestions
would be gladly recieved.

If the .exe won't run you will have to down-load it again.
Make sure you clear the Ie cache first.
