i m trying to block the unwanted mails from my outlook by
i m not able to do that .every time i m getting lot of

You simply won't be able to block all junk mail. It's a never-ending
battle. There are numerous anti-spam tools on the Internet (some of them
free) which will help, but none are fail-safe.
