Not able to open a XML file in MS Project 2003 just by clicking it.

Hi;

When saving an Excel document as XML, I am able to load and view that
documnet into Excel just by a doubleclick on the saved XML document. If I
try to doubleclick on a XML document saved from MS Project 2003, the XML
file is shown in Internet Explorer - not opened as a project in MS Project
2003. Does anybody know why, and it is possible to obtain what I want ? (I
know that I can do it from inside MS Project by Open, selecting file type
XML and so on....)
