not able to send out mesages

I am using Outlook 2003, I had this problem before but I
thought the upgrade would resolve it. I created a folder
in my primary personal folder to recieve and manage
certian e-mails. I placed a rule to have certain e-mails
go to this specific folder. Now when I reply in that
folder it gets sent back to that folder with my name as
sender. When I check the Sent items folder it is not there.

Tools>Options>E-mail Options>Advanced E-mail Options. Uncheck "In folders
other than Inbox, save replies with original message".
