Not able top delete some messages from my inbox

Hello

I received 400 messages probably 40 messages x 100 times.
I was able with my provider to stop all the copies gfrom
mesages to go in my inbox. BUT, I'm not able to delete
any messages from my inbox anymore so my C drive is FULL.

Do any one knows what to do to be able to delete some
messages. I remove OUTLOOK EXPRESS than re-install it,
but I have the same problem.

HELP
