Not Advancing Slides on click

I'm creating a game in powerpoint that I need you not to be able for people
to click and go to the next slide in. Is there anyway i can do this?

In Slide Show > Slide Transition, uncheck Advance Slide on Mouse Click

Sandy's suggestion will stop "click" transitions (as you asked) however it
wont stop people using the keyboard (space, enter, right arrow etc)

Slide show > set up show > kiosk mode will but make sure you provide action
buttons or similar for navigation (you might even want to look at out glass
buttons!)
