Not all recipients are receiving messages intermittently

Sometimes when I send e-mails one of the intended
recipients will recieve the mail but others will not. The
recipent does not depend on whether it is in the To: field
or the cc: field. And sometime I send it just to one
person and they do not get it. These issues are quite rare
and only happen about once a week. We have a POP3 mail
account with Yahoo and other people I work with do not
have any issues.

Any Suggestions
