I have a user that is experiencing a problem when she goes
from the Outlook Inbox to a new message, the Inbox images
does not totally clear when the new message appears
leaving a partial image on the new message that can not be
removed.
Also, this only happens in Rich Text Format. I changed her
format to HTML and to Plain Text and the problem did not
occur.
I have search Google and the Microsoft knowledgebase and
have come up blank.
Has anyone experienced this problem and know what the
solution to fix this is besides changing out her
workstation.
ADDITIONAL BACKGROUND INFO:
I also just reinstalled Office 2000 PRO last week and this
started to happen. It was not having this problem before.
I reinstalled because she was experiencing other weird
problems. I also installed HP Scanner on her workstation
at the same time I reinstalled Office 2000 Pro. She is not
experiencing any of the prior problems, just this new
problem.
I have a replacement workstation for her, but I would like
to know what the cause of this problem is.
Any suggestions?
