Not enough system resources available

I just started receiving the following error message when trying to send or
receive messages in Outlook 2003 - "There are not enough system resources
available for this operation." The problem just started last week and never
had this problem before. If I reboot the computer, I can send and receive
emails but then the problem occurres again.

Any help would be appreciated....Thank you in advance.

Yes, it does seem familiar however I think mine is related to using my
smartphone on active sync all the time. I unplugged my smartphone from the
computer and problems I had went away. Course I had a pocket pc before and
never had that problem.
