Not getting in-coming email on Outlook 2003

I am having serious problems with my Outlook 2003. I can see it is receiving
incoming messages by the status report at the bottom plus my cell phone
alerts me of incoming messages on 3 of my accounts. The problem is that it
shows messages coming in but when it is complete, no new messages are in my
in box. I deleted the accounts so hopefully I won't miss any more and I can
go to the web to retrieve.

Any suggestions? Help and thanks in advance.

Do you have a view set on your inbox that hides new (unread) messages? Do
you have any rules set up that might be moving the messages to another folder?
