outlook 2002 included with office pro 2002. Setup was auto setup though

Auto setup? Never heard of such a thing, nor would it be likely to work.
Configure an Outlook profile yourself.

Missing something from the answer. What are you doing to generate the
error? Has it ever worked?

I get the same message!

I just install Office 07 Professional Trail Version.

I open up Outlook 07 and click Send/Receive or New and I get a pop up that say
Not Implemented.

Please Advise.

Yes, I bought the Academic Professional version
It was working fine but failed in the last few days.
