NOTES - PPT 2003 VIEWER

LET'S REVIEW - PROBLEM:
I am using PPT 2000 on Windows 2000. My presentation
has .wma music that spans several slides. When I tried to
play the PPS presentation (also the PPT) the music did not
play and execution was very slow.

SOLUTION:
Per suggestion I received from this group; I took my
presentation home where I opened and saved it using PPT
XP. The PPT 2003 Viewer works correctly with the XP-saved
version - the music plays correctly and execution speed is
what it should be both at home (Windows XP/PPT XP) and
here at the office (Windows 2000/PPT 2000).

I saved the PPS version in 2000 and the viewer still
worked with the result.
