Was it formerly working and now has stopped? Or, has it never worked?
Word communicates with printers using Windows system resources. So, in
theory, what works with one application should work with all of them. Are
you getting an error message? Does this happen with all documents?
....and most importantly, have you tried rebooting? (Rebooting resolves an
astonishingly large number of problems)
