Nothing happens when I click "Tools" then "Macro" or "Security" in Outlook 2003

In Outlook 2003, when I click "Tools" then either "Macro"
or "Security", nothing happens. I've tried several re-
installs to no avail. Any ideas?

I found this on another site and it worked; I deleted all the keys under the disable folder

I had similar symptoms and deleted the following registry key and it no
works fine

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Resiliency\Disabl
dItems

(You should probably backup the registry before making changes
