Can the from address of the notifications be addressed to
the specific project owner? Eg: The Team should receive
the notification from the PM of their projects rather than
having a common from address being sent to all team
members?
Any ideas whether this can be changed?

All reminders and alerts are sent from one address representing the server.
The server is sending the message, not the Project Manager. To change this,
you'll need to change the code.
