Notify others of shared notebook updates

Is there a way, other than email, to notify others when a notebook has been
updated? Like the icon flashes or something until they click it? Our dept.
has four users of OneNote and multiple projects, each with its own notebook.
If one of us posts something to one project, how do the others know about it,
other than continually searching through all the notebooks and pages?

Nothing built in and no Powertoy so far, AFAIK.

Nothing that I would know of.

One thing I could think of would be introduce the usage of *tags* (with
date+time stamps) and let the users use them whenever they change
things.
Not really comfortable and anything but reliable, I know.
I'm sorry for not being able to offer something better.

But we always have remember what ON is what not. Definitely it does not
provide the features of a fully fledged Oracle database system nor SAP.
