Number of resources column in Gaant

R

Hello all,

I have a resource which I set up to have 4 people (units). I then
setup a Fixed Work Task, assigned it 30 days, and added the 4 units of
the resource to rhis task. The duration, as expected, dropped to 7.5
days.

I want to display that I am allocating 4 units on the Gaant Chart on
the printout. I have spent the last hour trying to find the
appropriate column to add. Can anyone tell me what it is?

TIA,

Roger,
Project does not have a specific "units" field for displaying in a
column. The closest you can get is to show the Resource Names field
which will list the allocation level in percent or decimal values (then
add the values mentally).

Beyond that the data can be displayed by creating a custom field with a
formula or by using a simple VBA macro to populate a spare text field
which can be displayed on the Gantt graphic.

Hope this helps.
