Numbers and bullets once more

Hi
I tried to raise this question yesterday and also got an
answer, but cannot use the suggestion. I want to use a
filled black circle with a white number in it (perhaps
the numbering will go to 300 or so), so to do it manually
seems a bit hopeless (considering there might be
changes). Isn't there a way word can do the successive
numbering for me? Can anyone help?
