Object Linking

I am wondering how you create a linked object within
Frontpage that will link a field within a table in Excel
to Frontpage. What I want to do is to be able to have
fields in a table automatically update in various
documents, some of which are in Front Page, and some of
which are in Excel.

You will need to use Excel as a database
