Occasional challenge box when opening email while connected to Exc

User is on OL2003 connected to Exchange 2003. Periodically when opening an
email user will get a challenge box for user name and password (Connect to
ExchServer.domain.com). If the user clicks Cancel, the email opens.
This only happens on one workstaion.
We've recreated her Windows profile to no avail.

Any ideas on this annoyance?
