OCT - Creating seperate application installs

Hi,

What is the best way to create separate installs of Office 2007
Applications using the OCT? Or do I need to use something else? I
created an MSP which installed some Office Applications and then
created another to install an individual application. The latter
install removed the previous applications :( What am I doing wrong?
