odd date level by project

can anyone assist with why project would throw an inserted project out to
2049. even when there are no tasks conflicting with this?

Hi Greg,

Assigning to a task a resource whose availability is 0 does that.
Check the availability profile of the resources.
Rempember that when you put as only data in there that the resource works
f.i. 50% from date A to date B, for the remainder of eternity it is not
available.
