Did you actually call or are you speculating???? Last time I called
and asked to speak to a Customer Service Representative, per the
instructions in the KB article, to obtain a new CD key they didn't ask
for a credit card. Nor in the list of "items ready and available" does
it mention you need a credit card.

If you're simply speculating then I *do* hope you realize if you
followed the instructions in the KB article then you'd have a new key
by now...

I called the 1 800 number and the message that was playing said it was fee
based. Ill try again in the morning Beth.

Uninstalled application and reinstalled ... seems to be working. Odd just the
word program was not working and all others such as Outlook were alright.
