Two of my students have somehow configured their OE6 so
that clicking 'Send & Receive' does not display the Dial-
up Connection dialog. Instead they get an error message
saying 'SMTP not found' etc. However, they do get the
dial-up dialog when they first launch OE, and it does
connect OK. I have looked at their configurations, but I
