OFF2003: How to kill the Language Bar?

Does anyone know how to kill the Language Bar? Even though I disable it in
the Options dialogue, it always comes back. If someone knows the registry
key to kill it for good, please advise.

Right click in an empty area on your taskbar (at the bottom) select
toolbars, uncheck the language bar.

Actually, disabling the Advanced Input Service did the trick. I tried your
suggestion before posting as well and it repeatedly came back. Now it's
dead.
