I also don't see their issue as an AOL one. I think it's a matter of not
knowing where their download went.

I used to have AOHell and I know they've changed a few thing but I'll try to
help. It seems to me that somewhere amongst the tabs in your mailbox
is one for My Downloads (or something to that effect). Use AOL's Help and
look for Download Manager. If it still exists (and it probably does), follow
the directions to find it. I'll bet the trial version is there. You need to
install it - double-click on the file.

***HOWEVER*** If you KNOW that you are going to buy the full version of
Office, my personal opinion is don't install the trial version at all. I've
read too many posts from people who have problems when they "convert". Use
the viewer for now and buy Office from someplace where you actually get a
disc. Do NOT lose your disc or your product key!!! (Yes - even more posts
pertain to lost whatevers.)

If you get the Students & Teachers Edition, it will cost less ***HOWEVER***
you cannot use it as an upgrade down the road. Buy the full version and you
are set for upgrades down the road. ;-)

(I have to emphasize that I am stating my opinion. There are going to be
people who disagree with me and that's okay. I'm a bit conservative about
some things. I figure computers have enough things that can go on that I'd
rather play it safe if I can.)

Peter, I do not think you need to be so rude. This is a group of people
trying to help each other, I am sure she did not mean to post her problem in
to many area's. I assume she simply is confused and needs help, computers
will make you crazy!!
