Peter, I do not think you need to be so rude. This is a group of people
trying to help each other, I am sure she did not mean to post her problem in
to many area's. I assume she simply is confused and needs help, computers
will make you crazy!!

He wasn't being rude. I see it as trying to help a poster learn what is
considered proper posting in public newsgroups. I've seen some REALLY rude
responses for lesser "offenses".
