Office 2000 Key Error

We brought a new pc and want to install Office 2000,
however we are getting prompted for 25 charaters, my id
only has 20? Any ideas on what to do?

The 'Key Code' is usually on an orange/yellow sticker on the cd case or
poss. in the book, marked ' important do not lose'
