office 2000 memory problem

when i open winword program says: the instruction at "0x60626403"
referenced memory at "0x000000000". the memory could not be "read".
click on ok to terminate the program. click on cancel to debug program.
same thing is with excel and wordpad. any idea?

This error is usually indicative of a corrupted driver. Since none of your programs
will open, might try upgrading your video driver. Maybe an updated printer driver as
well. You can test this by opening these applications in safe mode.

in safe mode winword works fine, but i still have error problem in excel
and outlook need new instalation. video driver working properly (rage
128 pro ultra), says device manager. except few shared printers i don't
have any directly connected printer to my pc.

Check your default printer setting if you are set to a default printer that
is there you will get this message. I found that if my default printer is set
to my network printer a home when I am at work Word get this error.
