Have perplexing Shortcut Toolbar problem. Cptr incurred "fatal system
error" that required formatting. In process reinstalled Office 2000 for
use of the Desktop Shortcut Toolbar and Word. Find the bar menu has
Restore and Hide blanked out and toolbar does not present as previously
since ?2000? nor as it performed prior to my problem.
Initial recent install was after loading XP Home with SP1 from
Restoration disc and before installing SP2. Thought problem a result of
that sequence so uninstalled Office, reinstalled and same problem
occurs.
Can you offer any suggestions to correct my inability to hide and move
OSB (it does not function as a single toolbar but rather as a series of
shortcut icons)?
