office 2000 professional download

When reloading Office 2000 Professional cd, I get a message stating
themes.inf can not be found and the download stops. I have updated unit to
Windows XP from Windows 98. Does this mean the software is corrupt? Where
do I obtain the file if it isn't on the disk?

installing from there? Is this a retail package you purchased or did it come
