Office 2000 Professional vs Office XP Small Business

I currently have Office 2000 Professional installed on my computer because
that is what I was familiar with, but received XP Small Business XP-SB) with
the computer.

What are the differences between the two?

Does XP-SB have Excel, Word, Access. etc?

Would it make sense to switch to XP-SB?

XP SBE lacks Access.
