I do not why I can enable show this folder as an email
address book in the contact propertise.

The display of outlook address book in contact propertise
are in gray color and not allow me to select the check
box.

What operating system are you using? Is this an upgrade? Have you tried
right clicking on the contact folder, select properties, and on the address
book tab, select the option to show it as an address book? Do you have the
address book service added under Tools->Mail Accounts->Directories->View or
Change?
