Importing a .pst will consistently and constantly lose custom forms - one
reason to never import a native Outlook file.
As for freeware tools for duplicates, try one of these:
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts.htm#dupes Some of them cost and
others are free - feel free to post back to the group about which one(s) you
found that fit the bill.

|||| Outlook session, then copy your items from the old to the new,
|||| paying attention to the instructions for copying your calendar

|||||| does not automatically get installed except in new installations
|||||| and with Exchange installations.

|||||| File->New->Outlook Data File->Type->Personal Folders File. Drag
|||||| and drop your items from the old to the new - HINT: for copying
|||||| the calendar, display as a table (categories) select all and
|||||| drag and drop on the new calendar FOLDER, not the calendar
|||||| itself.
