Office 2000, Windows File Protection

I am attempting to install Office 2000 on a computer that is running Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.
At first I was getting WFP errors. From Microsoft site I applied fix from Knowledge Base Article 324654
after doing this I am now being prompted to enter service pack 4 CD. Any suggestions??? Office loads
fine on computer at Service Pack 2.
