Every time i switch on my computer a window pops up saying the feature i am
trying to install is on disc two. I press cancel and i receive an error
message but then things are ok. Why is this happening and what can i do to
stop it.

Also in word, then settings i change seem to go back to there original state
when i restart. How do i stop this from happening and is this connected to
the problem above.
