Office 2002 shortcut toolbar

I have a new PC with Office XP and MS Works 2002.
Have all components installed but where is the shortcut
toolbar? How do I get that thing to appear at start-up?

Hi, JH@PA,

It's not installed by default. You'll need to install Office XP again and
select the Shortcut Bar (either a Custom or Complete installation).
