office 2003 and administrative tools

Hi,

A few days ago I installed office 2003 (upgrade install from office XP,
corporate edition I believe) and found that it basically removed all the
items from my Administrative Tools folder in my start menu. Specifically I
quite often access the Services menu under Administrative Tools and that is
gone (the only thing left is Remote Assistance) -- I'm just checking to see
if there's any incompatibility between office 03 and these tools, and if
not, how can I re-enable them (other than recovering the shortcuts from my
backups). Thanks in advance for the help.
