Office 2003 and Internet Office Files

B4 we had WIN2000 and Office97. When i tryed to open a, 4 example, Excelsheet
on an internet site i was waiting about 5seconds. After changing to
Office2003 i have to wait now for about 40seconds. how can i fix that? can i
fix it with office2003-gpo?
