Office 2003 and Ofice 2007 side by side

Are there any issues in installing Office 2003 and Office 2007 side by side
on a Vista Ultimate PC?
I want to develop for the both of them

Should'nt be, though only a single version of OL can be installed

You can only install one Version of Outlook and you have to create a new
Registry Key, otherwise Office 2003 will do a repair forever:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Word\Options
New DWord Key named NoRereg Value 1
