Office 2003 and Vista Ultimate, EULA accept/decline

Just got new computer with Windows Vista Ultimate (64 bit), loaded my Office
Pro 2003 and as wtih other posts the EULA comes up each and every time any
Office program is opened. I'm the Admin, I've tried the "You must accept the
Office End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office
Program" link from Microsoft, unfortunately not all of the instructions apply
to Ultimate, in that when right clicking on the ap, the "Run as
Administrator" option is under the Advance button, but it is grayed out and
unable to be selected. I did try going in and changing the registry as well
per the Microsoft instructions, but this did not work, unless I was doing
something wrong, which is possible, but with the differences between what the
instructions were saying and what is actually showing on the computer, I did
my best. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
