NORMAL.DOT error

Office application not responding on occasion. I received a "save
normal.dot" message.

How do I repair "normal.dot"?

You search to include hidden for normal.dot, delete all instances, it will
be recreated when Word is next run.
However that is unlikely to cure your problem; In the first instance run
Detect/Repair
