Office 2003 Basic

I have ordered 12 copies of Office 2003 basic with Word, Outlook and Excel.
They will be installed on 12 XP Pro clients in a W2K domain. Do I have to
keep manual accounting of which machine gets which license or is there a way
to use RIS (preferred) to manage the individual licenses. The domain has a
W2K DC and a W2K member server. I want to use the member server as the
install point.
