Using Windows XP SP-2 will full admin rights....
I have customized my toolbars in several office applications: Outlook, Word,
etc., with rearranged icons, etc. Nothing too fancy.
However, every time I restart an Office application or reboot, my toolbars
keep returning to their installation defaults.
I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2003 to try to correct
this problem with no luck.
It appears my customized settings work while in the application but are not
actually being saved when I leave the Office apps.
