GAP

After installing Office 2003 and working with the MS
Office Tool for 'Document Imaging', received the following
error. "Image Writer is not installed." I suspect this
is the print driver, how can I get the "Image Writer"
installed?

Hello Bob,

First thanks for the information! I tried this and was
not successful; the print setup is still not in place. I
can see were a port was created but the printer is not.
When trying to select the Image Writer using the advance
option, the setting is already selected; however the
results are not as expected.

Do you have another suggestion?

Thanks again!
