Office 2003 Install on Terminal Server w/ Office 2000

Trying to upgrade the office 2000 to Office 2003 on a Win 2003 Terminal
server - used the Add/remove program to install. Admin works Great, Outlook
found the users configs and is working fine, Only problem is when user
clicks on a Word or Excel doc, it flashes the Install Window- opens the
correct program, but does not disply the document - if I go to file-open and
then select the file, it will open correctly.


Do I need to remove Office 2000 before installing?
